Wickatunk Village was started in the early 1960’s. Today it consists of 177 homesites that form one of New Jersey’s premier Manufactured Home Communities. Located in prestigious Marlboro Township off of Crine Road, Wickatunk Village offers affordable living in a town that is not exactly known for its affordability. Marlboro Township has one of the highest median income levels in New Jersey and boasts of one of the State’s best school systems. It is especially suited for retirees that wish to downsize and live near relatives.

You enter the community via a tree-lined “Grand Boulevard” that is manicured and landscaped. All of the homesites are very large and have off street parking for two cars. The grounds are treed and aesthetically pleasing and the ambiance is cozy.
